Power Shift Coaching Program
This 3-session program is perfect for leaders that have not yet experienced a coaching relationship or those that want to quickly brush up on their skills.
We begin with a full Energy Leadership Index Assessment that we will explore in our first session. This unique assessment allow us to quickly identify what strengths are propelling you and where to focus to improve your skills.

Like the Power Shift Program, this 10-session program starts with the Energy Leadership Index Assessment that allows us to customize and fine-tune exactly what you are looking to achieve.
Over the next 9 sessions, we will explore the top 3 challenges that leaders look to overcome:
Creating buy-in and motivation with their teams.
Holding effective difficult conversations with employees.
Understanding how to engage and influence others to uphold your company’s mission and support initiatives.

Mental Fitness 8-Week Program

Supplemental Coaching Sessions
After completing any of our coaching programs clients are often ready to focus on new goals and growth opportunities. To accommodate this request we happily provide supplemental coaching sessions.
You may add additional sessions in 1, 3, 6, or 10 session packages. This is a great way to maintain your momentum as you are moving towards your goals.
All sessions can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis based on your needs.

Energy Leadership Index Assessment With 1-1/2 Hour Debrief
