This simple online assessment only takes about 20 minutes to complete! Once the results are in, you will get a 90 minute one-to-one session with an ELI certified coach guiding you through a personalized breakdown giving you a hands-on and applicable way to use all this information.
ELI 360° Assessment:
This 360° Assessment is concise.
You will get a 2 hour one-on-one custom debrief (with a certified ELI coach) giving clarity to your 15-17 page results. These results are focused on personalized measurements in 36 attributes for leadership (rated by up to 20 of your colleagues, and your managers).
